In March 2008 I bought a Digital Photoframe from Red Save.com as a leaving present for a work colleague. There was nothing on the page that told me about subscribing to Red Save Pass. Since March 2008 Red Save have been taking £19.95 from my bank account every month, that equates to almost £500n that they have taken from me without permission. Surely this can't be right, what can be done about this scam?
