My bank called to say I was overdrawn. When I pulled up my account, GAI had taken two payments out of my account. One for $25.90 & one for $14.90 on the same day. I have not received any items from them and did not give them permission to transfer money out of my account. They also did not send the pans with my "free" cooker. I have tried contacting them through e-mail and phone to no avail.
