that branch does not try to help the customer. I dropped off a prescription, they said it would be ready the next day after 4:00. the next day I call at 6:00they say my prescription is ready. I have to get a ride due to the fact I had a chemical burn to my eye thats why I need the tears & jell. thats why i'm so frustrated. I get there and they say they havent got ahold of the doctor to verify it was workers comp. It says it is on the insurance card. I got the same prescription for the same thing last month. I know they didnt even try to call my doctor till I got there. which of course they were closed. so after getting my second ride to cvs, again I left without my prescription. they called the manager to escort me out cause I was yelling. they dont even try tro help the customer. its hard enought gettingf rides there and then for nothing. this isnt the first time this has happened. so I asked for mt prescription and left so I could go to another pharmacy who could help me.
