We last spoke to PRT's accounting department on 8/29/2008 and was informed our refund check of $350 for the core charge return would be mailed out at the end of the month. We have never received a check from PRT and now when we attempt to call the company all we receive is a busy signal? We would not recommend that anyone do business with this company. They are not reputable in any sense of the word. We have written letters and still have not received a check. Respectfully, Ron Garcia
