Three months ago i brought my swiss army watch to have battery replaced, the stem was broken in the process i had to take my watch back 3 times before the clerk informed me that they will have to send watch to watchmaker the jeweler can not fix it. I said fine. All of a sudden the owner who broke the watch comes over to me and says i will have to leave his store immediately. I said why, he said i broke it and to get off his property. As i attempted to leave he refused to buzz me out of his security gate. It was only a minute until i started to call police... When i took my watch to a real watchmaker he did verify that the jeweler did not use the correct piece and it was never fixed properly.
