You deducted $39.95 from my checking account for Jaca Script, Order No. BEFBQCY8. It is still void, I can not get it!!! I am requesting a refund. Payment method was a Visa, 9478. The order date was, 01/01/2010, Product ID was 156. Very angry at this point!!!
