I bought the product for 49.95 for 2 years of service, repairing registry errors. It did not fix the problem because it was a virus that was causing my computer to shutdown and lockup continually. I contacted their support department and they gave me a URL address to upgrade to a new and improved version that would fix my problem. McAfee was purchased to repair my computer. Registryupdate guarantees satisfaction or ask for a refund within 90 days. I have written their refund department via e-mail, this was on the 25th of February, reply e-mail said they would reply in 48 business hours. It's March 2 and have heard nothing from them.
