Never receive my bills on registered addresses and keep getting calls regarding disconnection due to non-payment. How does one pay the bill unless he receives the hard copy and when one goes to the relaince web world he is told that systems are down and cannot generate the bills. This is rediculous and have even complaint about the network coverage. It is bad . I have 4 numbers at home and sorry to say that non of them work at home.

I think its a big mistake that i have chosen relaince and when you go to complain you get an answer that you are not the only one who has this problem.
Thats rude and soooooo unprofessional.
