activating packs without costumer request

i got 10 rs. deducted from my balance. without instruction. when i called the customer care they r saying a pack is activated on ur mobile. i said i have not activated any pack... but they r not listening... even they r not ready to take a complaint... what shit is this... please take action against such things... although 10 rs. seems to be a small amount... but reliance in mumbai only has above lakh customers. so the amount they r cheating is in million... please raise some voice. against it...

poor signal and no response to do not disturb

After taking the mobile connection I have lodged thousands of complaint for no coverage/poor signal to the company which fell on deef ears. on 10.10.2007, I registered for do not disturb,, but still getting promotional calls from the operator despite lodging complaint again on 28.11.2007 @ 30.112007. The company is showing irresponsible attitude and not caring for their customers. their future bussiness will show the repurcussions of such attitude.
