I had opted for Rs 11/ scheme for Rs0.01 per sms in DEC 2009. On January 17, 2010 the company has suo-moto extended the scheme on my mobile No 9691402478 dy deducting Rs 11/ from my balance.
Neither the consumer service 9827198271 does not get connected despite about 25 attempts in two days nor any sms is being received on this number.
I want this facility not to be extended and the charge levied be refunded and credited to my balance on my mobile number given above.
