No Network
I am from Ghutgoria, Ps -Barjora, Dist-Bankura, WestBengal. Few days Ago i launched a complain in customar care (no-116409335)saiyng that we have no network in the above mention area but Reliance Gsm has a toewr in Barjora which is 2.5km Away from our villege, on 1st january'10 and in 3rd january they send me a sms that your service request has been solved but actually the problem is not solved. then i again launched a complain on the same subject(no-116946109)on 08janury'10. Reliance Gsm Cheat us.Please i request the higher authority to take the necessary step against Reliance Gsm so they they stop to cheat the customer. In Between 10-22january the network is little bit stable but now the same problem is raise again. They are cheating us

call records stolen by someone
i have a prepaid mobile no 9699055486 at mumbai circle, i would like to say that someone has stolen my call records and misused.i think it could be done by only the employee of reliance telecom.(GSM service).

No Network
I am from Vill+Po- Ghutgoria Ps-Barjora, Dist-Bankura. From 25th of december'09 we have no network of smart in our village. so i launched a complain in customer care (no-116409335)on 1st january'10
after 3 days they send me a sms saying your reuest has been solved but the actual problem is not solved. the nearset tower from my villege is 2.5 km away in barjora.
then i launched a similar complian on 08-01-2010(no-116946109) then they sms me on 10-10-2010 saying that your problem is solved but the problem is same we have no network.in barjora smart have full network
please do some thing so that smart is forced to modify their third class network in our area. please take necessary steps

unsufficient response
Hello sir i'm rahul from udhampur (j&k) my mobile no.is +91-9018064644 i had applied for cug plan .i gave the three no;s as well but after 3days my phone's outgoing call has been barred, when i reached ur reliance store on questioning they asked me that have u activated ur cug plan by confirming to customer care reliance i said no.but tell me when i have applied for cug plan then why my plan is not activated by customer care then he told me that u have to call in the customer care & have to give ur three no;s to them then they will activate that plan but tell me is this is customers duty to activate their plans then why u putted them on salaries.they told me that u'll have to pay the amount of 310Rs. then ur phone will be reactivated then i had paid the sum of rupees then they reactivated my no. but my cug plan is not been activated yet.wat is this can u tell me plz.

Cheating in Service

Sir/Madam
i am Rahul bharti from Indirapuram ghaziabad(UP), i am using a Prepaid Reliance GSM Connection(Delhi NCR circle). in which on November 11, i subscribe the Caller tune service, it had works only 7 to 9 days. after that its stopped working, i had complained to Customer care executive to solve my problem, they told me type in small letter "set ******(6 digit song code)" and send it to "52345".according to their instruction i had do that but still my problem not solved, i had call again about this.now they told me "You have unsubscribed by yourself to this service by sending message", but i did not send any message.
please take a action about this cheating.

Outgoing call problem

Last two month ago I had taken a Reliance GSM 650 plan (Night Calling Card) that no. is 9579550027.Whenever I am calling another Reliance GSM for this facility yous services responed that Call could not be completed/This route is busy/Network busy or aither call failed.For that reason I am also call in customer care 20-21 times but they are not responed only they are told you are restart your mobile.But after restart I am facing same problem.If you are not give that facilities so why unnecessary you are lunch that type of plan.

9699329233 on 17/08/2009 from my ICICI a/c.
the amount of Rs 150/- deducted from my a/c but it is not deposited in my mobile a/c/
Please advise me
