My cellphone no. is 9835326264 of the jharkhand circle. On 21st september 2010 vas services of cricket pack and jokes pack was started on my phone without my consent or request and rs. 15 were deducted from my balance.
Therefor I want the vas to be discontinued and my amount be refunded
