Myself Pratik Batua is holding reliance data card with #9320627954.I was charged wrongly continuously for two months (1200Rs and 3500Rs).When I complained to customer care they got ready to wave off half of my bill amount both times and told me that it was some issue from their side. But when I refuse to pay even a half off bill as it was way beyond my usage, they block my datacard.Now I am getting calls from customer care since last 2 months and every time I am explaining the problem that I faced b'coz of them but unfortunately haven't got any solution. I am waiting from last 2 months to get my data card activated as I have paid 3500Rs. for it. I suggest every one to not go for reliance as they are zero in service.
