balance cutting and harrasment
Due to mobile balance cutting i called reliance mobile customer care 4 times but when i start to explain about the problem f balance cutting they disconnect the phone line. Thus they are giving me harrsment.

Balance deduction
I am using reliance CDMA prepaid mobile and some value added services automatically activated each month from Jan 2011 and company deducted the balance. When I call customer representative they says your money cant refunded i can oonly stop this. Each month they activate different services and cheat the money. I would like to request TRI to make strict rules against them, As the mobile companies always cheating their customers.

without permission bollywood pack activated
I have a reliance sim of Delhi (8882812743).. Since the last 1 and half month my 50 rs has been deducted due to activation of bollywood and joke pack without my consent. I had tried calling customer care but its not reachable. My sim is used only at the time of roaming.
Please pay attention to my problem

Identy Proof
I have reliance cdma mobile in take 4 years. I give first time my identi proof but not show details my identy proof. and other people identi proof show. Why it. i have do complain near reliance office before not take on action. Why? I request u please others people proof to trasfer my Identi proof in my SIM. Mob No. 9328070527. Not this my problem. I give 1st be my Identi Proof. and i go office and their give already my proof. This time after 3-4 month. but not give me response my SIM. Please transe my SIM 1st give me ID. ID Nmae : Parmar Jashvantbhai Maganbhai. I am this man Son. and my Identi proof on Transfer this SIM.

I just want to know one and only one thing does Reliance Telecome has any responsibility towards its customers or I would have to break my sim card.
I am waiting for a positive response. I have made different calls to Reliance customer care now I am waiting for your call.

I have recharging my phone no. 9579389899 Rs. 30.00 TT Rs. 24.20 on 05/04/2011. Now my balance is Rs. Rs. 0.10 only. I have used T T Rs. 10.00 only. Where is going my Rs. 14.00 T T ?
