My name is Marilyn Maxworth and my mobile no. is 9323981316. I had been getting more than 5-6 messages from Reliance to refill my mobile before 3 December with Rs. 301/- and get 3 months validy period and 150 Talk Time within 42 hours. But before 42 hours only they have blocked my phone from in coming calls and outgoing calls saying there is in suffient balance. How can there be insufficiet balance when i have just recharged my card with Rs. 301/-. There is no right customer care numbers where you can call and if you call 30336363 they keep you on hold for so long and then suddenly the caller machine goes on and on dial your number dial your number more that 10-15 times i have dialled my rim number, but till now i have no response from the customer care service. How can you'll people do this to customers, why do you'll give offers if you'll dont want to do it. Other mobile service, customer care numbers are so easy to get through. It's a shame on reliance's part, that after being such a big company there is no exact telephone number for customer care. I have been using this phone since 3-4 years and the service is really bad. Like this you will loose customers. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
