I had bought a KENT RO system from reliance digital Gurgaon shop. The piece is faulty, and it is now 15 days from the date of purchase - not able to use the product. Mr. P. Chaudhary(9810098639). and CRN manager Mr. Varun Sharma are keeping me as a hanging drop position and not listening and acting onto my request. bill no-C7430 dated 1/8/10 at time 13:51:58 hrs.
Mr Varun sharma also threatened me to not to complaint to higher authority or else he wont issue me another machine.
Sir, I am at a very miserable condition, do have a look into this matter and either change my machine or get me my money back.
Mr. Chaudhary and his team is just ruining your reputation.

I would strongly recommend to all the people of India not to shop from reliance digital. I am scared even to buy fruits/veg from their shop
