sms pack

i am gautam, my cell no 9861247150 last month reliance has auto renwed sms pack of rs 39/ but after lots of complain it has been deactived but my balance has not been reversed .
but know come big problem this month also it has been renewed .
at what base reliance has renued my sms pack becaouse i have deactived last month

they are telling .your problem will be solved in 48 hrs.
thats too much time

sms not forwarded but charged by service provider

Ref : my mobile no.9861351495

any message from my number is not reaching destination and is displayed pending, message sending failed.Alas! amount deducting as soon as the sending button pressed.Customer care executives tips are not coming in my way.Why a service provider of a repute can charge for sms while messages are pending?
Autocratic attitude of the smart service provider annoys and displeases me. Is Senior listening to my complaint?Sincere reply is sought.
