I have recharged reliance life time voucher Rs. 222/- with Rs. 880/-... but most of the powerplus is not working... so for every STD call Rs. 2.49 rupees cut from my cell... I complained about this to the customer care... but they are saying that there is a problem in server it will be OK by tomorrow and you will get back your excess money... the same story is repeating for last 5 days... I am frustrated... and
I am thinking to file a case against reliance communications in consumer forum... please somebody help me how to file a case...
