SAY NO TO RELIANCE TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

Since last about 1 month we are facing problems with our reliance landline and broadband.
No responsible answerable authority. Bad or no response from baroda local customer care (They do not pick up the phone)

15 days back: Disturbance in phone line with regular disconnection. No response for about 12-15 days. After that line replaced and handset replaced.

since last about 12-15 days. Full Building Phones dead right before diwali. Full diwali disconnected till date. One person in the building suffering from heart problem (Reliance Customer) had no connection for the family to keep in touch. Custormer care very poor. No action taken. They say cable cut, they know the problem but cannot rectify. No response.

Customer care responds to our email with a stupid answer saying your complaint is registered and will be solved shortly.
