Yesterday on 1 February, I recharged my mobile for Rs 50 and got the balance of Rs 43 but unfortunately today my balance has been deducted by Rs 30 by the company. After consulting with customer care executive I got to know that its because I have activated joke pack through R- world. But I have never done this. This is the 5th time since December that my balance has been deducted unnecessarily and i have lost around Rs 140-150 from my balance. I have been using reliance CDMA since last 6 years and these type of events are happening first time with me.
