Is mean she picks on me and tells me my husband better get a better paying job so he can pay the bill. I am on Social Security and have a lot of problems my husband had a truck wreck and has been in and out of hospitals for the past two years. All she has done is laugh at us and call us losers I've had enough of her.I go to the Columbia branch to pay my bill because of her. The Columbia branch is full of sweet understanding people whom I think a lot of. They always treat me friendly and with respect. Yes, I only bring in half a payment, but they at least take it. Rema calls and told me the other day she wouldn't take 180.00 payment I was trying to make. Know is this anyway to run a business.Yes, My payment's are 280.00 a month but I go in every two weeks and try and pay something in the mean time remia and mary are on the phone yelling at me it's not enough. Well I'm going to considerate them and your company because of them.I cannot stand any more abuse from them. If I could work with your Columbia branch I would be happier.
