I am a customer of EnginesRx and after researching this business I was in disbelief that there were so many complaints. I can relate to some of them due to the length of time for all repairs to be completed on my 02 Ford F150. However, Rachel explained that there were numerous problems with my vehicle. I understand why it took longer than anticipated. I have now had my vehicle for 5 1/2 weeks and have never been more satisfied with it. It runs even better than before the engine gave out. I called in to their office this morning and thanked them for the fantastic work and advised Rachel (the manager) that I would be coming on here to leave a comment praising EnginesRx. Maybe most of you on here won't agree with what I have to say but nonetheless I think future customers of EnginesRx should be able to determine that not ALL of the customers of this establishment are dissatisfied.
