On 10/19/10, I purchased three pairs of Remii underwear. The items arrived on 10/21/10, but two of the pairs were incorrect sizes. On 10/22/10 I called the company. I was told to email a request for replacements and keep the incorrect sizes. On 10/29/10 I called again because I had not received the correct sizes nor any email response. On 10/30, I received an email which stated that the correct sizes would be sent that very day. As of 11/10/10, I had not received the replacement items nor any response. Regardless of his previous instructions, I sent back the two incorrect items to Jacksonville, FL. I requested a refund from my online payment company.
