I had a remote starter installed in my mini van in early 2009. It worked great for about 6 months. Now it is not working like it should. I can stand about 50 feet from my van to start it but won't start. I had gone back to see what could be done. They said they could check thingsout and adjust the starter part of it for it to work better. ai had asked them to remove the system and give me a refund. They told me they could not give a refund but would give me a store credit. All I wanted was my money back and for them to take out their product and make sure the original keyless entry worked properly. Is there anything you can do to help me get what I want.
