We spent $16, ooo on a birthday party expecting the exceptional service they promised. However instead, our guests were treated rude by their staff. We only got served water with no refills because the staff were too busy dancing. The food was cold, and burnt and the list goes on and on of things that they did wrong. Things were not organized very well on their end . We do not recommend the Renaissance for your event
