On June 28,2007 I purchased a 3/4 black helmet from the owner of this establishment. I took it home and was preparing to go on the motorcycle when my boyfriend noticed spider cracks in the left side where the rivot for the chin strap was attached. On Monday the 2nd of July I called Jeneen at Renegade and was told there were no refunds only exchanges ( which is in the helmet warranty as well ) I take the helmet back and she swears that I bought the helmet weeks before and she would not exchange. Now there are signs throughout the store stating all sales are final. I have a helmet that is no good and no way to return it.
