I signed up for a trial, with Google, to recieve a Money Kit for $1.97 and never recieved anything from them so I couldn't cancel the "subscription" without a source to contact. They then proceeded to charge my debit account an additional fee of $4.97. I was able to contact them by phone and have that charge reversed. (Waiting to see how that pans out) I then had a charge of $29.97 to my debit from someplace that only shows up at the bank as "Reno Funding 800 34301" and I have no way of finding out who or what these people are. I only used my debit account for the Google Money Kit and they insist they don't know who or what Reno Funding is. How do I go about finding out where this charge came from? This is crazy.
