We had a hearing on 5 feb and the court favored us and before the complete justification could be done. They overruled it by themselves and ruled the new case for the landlords. Without any documents of the first case given to us, and they just all of sudden changed their decision. WE WERE SHOCKED.

The reason they gave saying why didn't we take written permission for subletting, the issue is we didn't its the land lord who sublet and started taking the rent directly and now he is telling us to do it.
