I need to know, is it fair for a Rental Agency to withhold any part of my deposit, whether there is an unexpired part of the lease, and while they have found another tenant. Now they actually are getting double income and commission on the same property, while I gave sufficient time to get a replacement tenant.
Something seems so against my rights and to say the least, ILLEGAL!!!
