I rented the hall for a party and when all the contract signing was done and money was given in full, then I was asked for a security deposit in cash that is not written anywhere.Nothing specified as what the terms were..about what would it take to not get your deposit back...discussion occured like its a precaution on the owner if things get broken...and about 99% the deposit will be returned in full. This is not what happend I got half my deposit back and was told took too long to clean up. I also gave the owner food and the owner made alot of money at his bar. Before I forget to mention the owner said he does not have the recieving of security deposit anywhere for tax purposes as he gives back the deposit the same day or next day the latest about 99% of the time. Now this is the first time I rented this hall, so how likely was that, I was the 1%.
