I ordered purses & accessories from this web site on 12-05-10. They did give me a tracking #. But China post EMS still has not shipped to US yet! On web site it has quoted 10 days. The web site will not respond to my emails- tried to say at first already sent to New York. But UPS says EMS is still preparing pkg to be shipped. EMS has no email address to even try to send a message to! I spent $400 with this web site for Christmas items! The web site kept saying they were guaranteeing receipt before Christmas! When I emailed the lady name "Meng", she just said "so sorry, God Bless". Now when I try to email she ignores me & won't respond. What can be done? I did go on China EMS web site too but no contact info you can ask questions to. Tracking says same thing UPS tracking says- "preparing Shipment".
