I brought my car into a mechanic and I felt that they did something to my car. I was told that I would have to pay for more diagnostics which i felt was a way to milk me. Their reputation manager called me and had the issue resolved but I felt like i settled for less than what i should have due to the reputation managers tactics. Reputation Managers are the new breed of scummy Lawyer types. They muscle their clients WILL through on weaker people. I thought we had first ammendment rights of free speach?
