I tried to contact to cancel Res-Veratrol Ultra to cancel future shipments. The company, however, does not provide an address to use to stop sending additional shipments. Without a name or address it is very difficult or impossible to cancel. When calling the toll-free telephone numbers provided, I was put on hold multiple times, and the telephone representatives never returned to process my cancellation order. My only recourse was to cancel the VISA card. I telephoned 4 times, each time being put on hold "while I pull up your account." The music continued, but the operator never returned to process my cancellation. Warning: do not order Res-Veratrol Ultra or any product whose source that does not provide a company address. "Address" means street address, not a PO Box.
