I was lucky to find someone open on Christmas Eve. I took my computer down at about 1:00 and Chad thought he might have it for just a few hours. At the end of the day it wasn't done. (Totally not his fault as I had brought in somewhat of a challenge for him to fix). But, he had it done and ready to go by the 26th. I am really happy with the turn around time. The last time I took a computer to someone it was with a big box store that has a bunch of "geeks" that supposedly know what they're doing. They had it 3 weeks. Chad also works on cell phones and I-pods. I will use his service over and over again. I already have 2 more computers that are headed his way.
