In fact, that is impossible for us to do since we use paypal as a third party payment processor. We never see any of your personal information beyond your first and last name, and email address. The rest is handled by paypal. Unfortunately, paypal does not seem to care enough to investigate this matter further. It's unfortunate that spo many people take the time to post harmful messages about our company, and never update or delete these posts after they realize that they were never charged in the first place. This research anyone, never herd of. Every couple of months they charge my paypal account hundreds of dollars.

Checking through my e-mail I got a strange notice from paypal saying I bought private investigation software for almost $200 under the name "Nancy L Cornell" I have reason to believe somebody made an account using my e-mail address, that's identity theft at worst & fraud at best any way to have any authorities check into this matter, if i find my (what should be nonexistant) credit is ruined i will sue whoever i have to for punitive damages and libelous impersonation.

I get these e-mails trying to get my information. I don't even have a credit card on Paypal.
