Received an email from my PayPal acct saying I paid $169.95 to them when I did not authorize anything. I was looking at their site but did not authorize anything

I keep recieving alerts thru paypal about this charge from reseach anyone.com. The e-mail is on thier site, there is no way that I am paying this because i never even heard of them. Please straighten this out before I need to contact my attorney's.
