money back policy to not return my money.

The vebnest.com company has given me 30 days money back guarantee, but his service is not working, i request there to return my money, but they are not responding me. and not given my money.

Elief - SCAM

I have signed up for Elief webhosting in March 2011 and requested service cancellation in the same month as per elief 60days money back guaranty displayed on their website http://www.elief.com/web-hosting.php . I was confirmed by elief billing as per below email about the refund will take 5-7 days, where that was never taken place until then.
