I am currently staying at Residence Inn Marriott, Bellevue, Seattle.

I was deeply taken back, when I returned to my room today, and found that my bags were opened, all the contents of which were re-packaged in another plastic bag.

Reason: The cleaning crew were spraying insecticides, and fumigating the rooms.

They should have intimated the residents, of the cleaning event, well in advance. Not only did they do this, but also took liberty of opening the customer baggage.

They have violated their code of conduct, and have truly portrayed their unprofessional behavior. I never expected this from them.
