I just wanted to have medicom reinstalled in my new home, same town.

This person in MISSOURI was extremely rude and argumentive.

PROBLEM: When I asked her to repeat something.

I particulary didn't understand having to pay "upfront" when the medicom was reinstalled, I heard her say $29.00 she became very rude at having to repeat herself, and said, "I told you it was $85!"

Basically the whole conversation was non-professional.
