Mike at Resort Locator International, Hudson Beach, FL was paid $399 to list and sell a property in November of 2005. In July of 2006 when I called he said he had 2 people interested and needed $600 for closing costs. I'm embarrassed to say I sent it. Now his voice mail box had been unable to take any more messages.
