We have been happy with our hotel stays in Mexico (the Villa Group) and so bought into their program. They use resortcom as their bookkeeping/collection agency. Even though I am fully paid up and have "paid in full" documents from them, They continue to send me bills, bother me on the phone and otherwise annoy me. My calls to them have been to no avail...They say records show I am paid up and then imply I am lying when I complain about continued billing. They will NEVER allow you access to a supervisor, are rude and will even hang up on you. NEVER, EVER do business with a hotel chain that is associated with resortcom.
