Fresh food is what this location is all about. The chef makes the food from scratch! What more can you ask? The menu is not big, but changes often due to ingredients available during the season. I had the flat bread pizza and my date had the pork cutlet. Let me tell you every bite of the pizza was anything but the usual pizza. It was more of European take on it, with delicious bread, melted cheese and assorted dried meat to top it off. The pork cutlet was seasoned before it was breaded which most eatery's do not do. The environment is relaxed and down tempo, small and cozy. The service was still top notch even when the bistro became full just after the noon hour. There is nothing really negative I can say about this location, only that their website slogan says it is the best kept secret in Niagara Falls, well I don't think it will stay that way.
