I ordered the free trial of a weight-loss vitamin supplement, was supposed to pay only 6.95 shipping.I called the company after my credit card co. informed me that i was being charged 82.00 I could not get a number to call until the credit card co. gave me the number that was on the charge.The person I talked to was very rude this is the second time i have tried to call them.butof course they dont have anything on record yhat I already called once before. She tried to give me the product at a cheaper price and I kept saying I WAS NOT INTERESTEDd asked for someone else to talk to but she would not. I told her I was calling the Better Buisness Bureau, which I did, that is when I found out that it is located in Mckinney Texas, not St. louis like it says on the bottle. Have seen numerous complaints about this compamy now.hopefully the complaint I made with the F. T. C. will resolve this matter for everyone who has been scammed.
