I had agreed to a 14 day trial of Resveratrol capsules with terms and conditions of cancelling future orders within 14 days of receiving product. the company offers a contact website and toll free ph. number, neither of which anyone will respond to. I have been trying to cancel any fuure orders by e-mailing their contact site and calling per telephone. I cannot get th=rough on the telephone, I'm just automatically placed on hold without a response and I have not received any correspondence via contact e-mail stating cancellation or acknowledgement of my e-mails. So far, I have not been charged for the product wrongly. I would feel more at ease with a reply to my cancellation, however. Kimberli
