I ordered the trial product with 99 cent shipping. They tried to send me lotion, etc...I emphasized ONLY the free sample Nothing was said about a continuing order each month. I got the sample, no paper, nothing was inside, not a bill, invoice...NOTHING! Today I get a fraud alert from my credit card, saying they thought it was suspicious. Come to find out, since my last statement they have made charges for 87.13 and 83.16 TODAY...two times in less than one month! I tried calling them...they will NOT answer the phone, just put you on music automated hold forever. I called credit card back, now I have to dispute the charges, AND CHANGE my credit card number! The lady said she hears this all the time! Beware!!!

And, to top it all off...I did not know this was happening, because they never have sent me anything other than the one free sample!!! If I bought 87.13 and 83.16 worth of stuff, I should have gotten it!

I am so mad!
