On 9/20 I ordered a 30 day FREE home trial of Resveratrol Ultra. On 9/23 my credit card was charged: $0.99, $0.99, $0.02, $0.02. On 9/25 my credit card was charged: $49.95, $1.00. On or about Oct. 12 I received 2 bottles of Resveratrol Ultra in the mail when I had asked for only one. On 10/13 my card was again charged $79.95. I had called the company on 10/8, 10/10, and 10/13 to complain about all the charges and duplicated order. Finally on 10/13 I was given an RMD return number and address of where to return the product. I returned the product that same day. Received no refund. Called Resveratrol again on 10/24 and was told to fax all info to a number they provided. Still no refund. Called company 10/31 and was told to fax info to a different number and that I'd receive an email within 12-24 hours. It is now 11/9 and I have yet to have my card re-credited the $132.92 total it cost me. Have copy of signature etc from USPS Signature Confirmation when item was returned.
