I ordered a trial sample and paid the s&h charges of $ 3.85 whichh was charged to my debit mastercard . Few days later recieved a large bottle which I didnot order then I recieved my bank statment and had a charge of $ 85.26 and $ 3.50 s&h charges . I called about the charges I was told another bottle had already been shipped out and that my acount had been charged with the same amount $ 85.26 and $ 3.50 s&h. I told them I did not want the product I had never n opened it and that I would sent them back for a credit . The customer service person told me they Did Not take the proudct and would not Refund any charges. Ask to speak to a supervisor was told there was no use that was there policy. I asked for everything to be canceled was given a cancellation # and service persons name Eric. HAS ANYONE BEEN SUCESSFULL AT GETTING A REFUND FOR THE CHARGES WHICH HASBEEN INCURRED? IF ANY HAS PLEASE POSTED INFO ON HOW IT WAS DONE. I could kick myself for letting this happen to me because I'm always watching for a scam. What can be done ?
