I called for their FREE SAMPLE trial offer & never received anything. I found a charge on my account for $85.26 & called. They admitted that the sample was sent to GA not CA & that's why I did not receive it. They could not return my money unless I returned the product...WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. Then they said that I would get my money back when the product was received...HUH?
