I bought a new Lane's leather recliner for $650.00 (on sale or so they said) and within five months the right side where the lever is located, started to sag so now the chair is uneven. Rettig Furniture located in Findlay says they will tear my new chair apart and put another pad in it. I feel I should receive a new chair. How long is a repaired chair going to last plus I will be without a chair for a time.
I would think with a name like Lane's, a chair should hold up better than this one did. You cannot get Lane's on their 888 number to give your complaint. All you get is a recording and no address on the booklet to write to complain. What a way to do business.
