not what promised
I believe I should get my money back. You can't access anything unless you pay more money..I paid enough..

Billed after cancellation of membership
I entered a membership subscription to Reunion.com on Oct 19, 2007 which was to expire on October 19, 2008. I called them on October 8, 2008 and requested cancellation of my membership. They billed me for a renewal fee anyway on October 18, 2008. I contacted them on October 24, 2008 and complained. They said they would cancel the membership and after I requested a refund of the renewal fee, they said they would refund it through PayPal. After they did not send a refund in a few weeks, I contacted PayPal and requested their assistance. My refund still has not been issued. I've also heard that this company sells members information to companies that put your information on a list that can be bought by anybody and that's why you start getting scam e-mails. I highly recommend that you DO NOT become a member of this organization.

Phished contact list
This company phishes your entire contact list and sends out invitations to everyone. Unsolicited phishing is illegal!!!

Identity Theft
My name, and personal information has been used and posted online, name, address, age, and other information. I never signed up for anything with this website and I want my name and information removed from this site. A quick search using McCafee's Site Advisor will show a whole slew of complaints against Reunion.com including illegal business practices, spamming, harvesting of personal identifiable information, scamming people out of their money, phishing, illegal use of debit&credit cards and God knows what else. REUNION.COM NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

Unauthorized billing
I used this website on November 1, 2008. Do not remember putting in my checking account information. If I did, it was NOT to authorize any charges on my account. They posted a transaction to my account for $62.00 and cannot tell me why I was charged. They have a no refund policy so I had to dispute the charges with my bank which is a whole another hassle in itself. Stay away from REUNION.COM at all costs.

privacy invasion and phishing
AVOID THIS SITE LIKE A PLAGUE!!! I received an email from a friend (it was not actually sent by my friend) asking me to join a networking site called reunion.com. So I did the register (free account) form, including my name, address and age. Immediately it hyjacked every email I'd sent from my AOL account and sent our a solicitation to everyone.

I can't imagine what immoral or illegal things they'd do if I actually paid money to get the full account.

Invasion of my privacy
I have been advised, at this point, that two of my contacts have received correspondence from Reunion.com. I never authorized nor requested any correspondence to be sent to anyone from Reunion.com. I consider my contacts as personal, and find these mailings a total invasion of my privacy.

I have notified the company by e-mail, and offerred them my telephone number. Even after repeated telephone calls which are treated with disrespect and rudeness, their promise, within 24 hours, of a return contact has not been satisfied. I would suggest a caveat in providing this company with any personal information. Their handling of such information is very questionable. BEWARE

Charged
I just looked at my statement ad it said I had a charge for 36.00 from reunion.com. I seen all the post here so I thought here I go... I called the number that was listed on the complaints. 1-800-704-1900. I waited 10-15 mins for someone. When getting on the phone I told the lady that I was charged 36.00 and I wanted to get that reversed. I also wanted to cancel my subscription. She asked for my e-mail, date of birth, and zip code. After about a min. she said ok the 36.00 will be reversed and she canceled my subscription. She also said that it will be 3-5 business days before I see that credit. I said okay and asked if it was not reversed in 3-5 days then what. She said that I should call back and gave me her name and extension. I will keep everyone up to date if this was taken care of. Anyone ever have this happen to them. It seemed to easy. That's what I'm sacred of.
